Get picked-up at your hotel by your driver-guide. make your way to Sesimbra Castle where
you’ll marvel at this wonderfully preserved fortress from the outside as well as views of the Cabo Espichel cape. The tour will then continue through the Arrábida Natural Park, one of the most beautiful natural areas on the Setubal Peninsula. Head across hills full of lush vegetation and admire views of the Atlantic Ocean from its steep cliffs. Lastly, you’ll head to one of the region’s wineries, where you’ll enjoy a wine tasting and learn about the production process – an unforgettable experience.

Leisure day in Lisbon

Meet your driver at your hotel. Transfer to Porto hotel. On the way, you’ll stop at Nazaré, where you will have free time to try and catch a glimpse of the famous waves. Continue towards Coimbra, where you can find one of the oldest universities in Europe.

Discover the Douro Valley and its unique culture while you taste amazing wines and learn about the wine making process at small local wineries. Let yourself be amazed with breath-taking landscapes as the terraces and vineyards start showing up. The journey starts towards Douro as you will learn more of the region on the way. The itinerary includes visiting two small local wineries, one in the morning and the other in the afternoon, before coming back to Porto. At both wineries you will be in company of an expert local guide who will tell you more about the wine making process as you taste their selected wines. By lunch time you will stop in the village of Pinhão, an historical village in the heart of Douro, where lunch takes place at a traditional local restaurant. Right after lunch it’s time for the 1h river cruise from Pinhão! It takes place on a
replica of a Rabelo Boat, a historical boat that transported the wine barrels from Douro to Porto, to be aged and exported all over the world. You will also make small stops for taking pictures and admire the surroundings and nature at local viewpoints during the day.

Get picked up at your hotel by your guide and head off to Oporto’s historic centre. The visit
starts at Porto’s Cathedral (Sé). Here began the expansion of the city in the 12th Century. You
may contemplate a unique view of the Douro River upon the D. Luís Bridge and glimpse the
Rabelo boats lined up along the pier. The tour continues through the downtown of Porto, an
area that has undergone a remarkable transformation in the past years. Visit Sao Bento train
station inside and learn about the history portrayed on the tiles that cover the walls in the interior
of the station, continue along the Avenida dos Aliados, where you will see the acclaimed
Clerigos Church and its tower. Next, continue to the Rua das Carmelitas, and see Lello’s
Bookstore – Considered to be one the most beautiful bookstores in the world. Visit Bolhão
Market, considered a gem in Porto. The visit descends towards the Palácio da Bolsa, Hardclub
and the Igreja de S.Francisco until the Ribeira of Oporto where you will have the opportunity to
see and hear about the D.Luis Bridge.
