After breakfast in the morning, we proceed for a full day experience of Delhi.

The day has been designed to provide an insight of the growing pulse of contemporary India alongisde the historic monuments & sites that have defined the capital city of Delhi. We will begin the tour from Raj Ghat – the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, and then proceed to explore Humayun’s Tomb. This heritage site has been site built in the Indo Persian style and is often regarded as a predecessor to The Taj Mahal in Agra. As our storyteller guides us through this marvel, we will the proceed to visit one of the spiritual highlights and prominent holy Sikh temples of Sikh religion – The Bangla Sahib Gurudwara. The complex of Gurudwara Bangla Sahib has a main prayer hall, a holy Sarovar or lake, a hospital, Baba Baghel Singh Museum and a library within its premises. People visiting here get ‘Kada Prasad’ and free langar or ‘community meals’ are served at a particular time.

As we continue the drive through central Delhi, we briefly visit Agrasen ki baoli, which is a stepwell and otherwise known as “baoli”. Thousands of these sophisticated water-harvesting structures proliferated throughout India beginning around 600 CE, but they fell into disuse with the advent of water pumps and plumbing. Flights of steps were excavated adjacent to deep well shafts, ensuring that dramatically-fluctuating ground water could be reached all year long.
For our afternoon lunch, we proceed to one of the hotels in Delhi whereby we will also have a brief site overview of this luxurious accommodation in the heart of the city.

After a sumptuous meal, we proceed towards Old Delhi. Our first visit here would include the majestic Red Fort, the grand residence of Mughal emperors, built by Emperor Shah Jahan. As we exit the fort, we move into the heart of old Delhi, Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India and also enjoy a walking tour in Chandni Chowk – the silver street of Delhi bustling with activity.

To end our day, we will visit a beautiful heritage haveli in Old Delhi to enjoy our dinner and stories of the day!

As we check-out from the hotel, we proceed to visit one more site in Delhi, the mighty Qutab Minar. This is ragerded as one of the tallest stone towers in India. The ensemble of mosques, minars, and other structures in the Qutb Minar complex is an outstanding testimony to the architectural and artistic achievements of Islamic rulers after they first established their power in the Indian subcontinent during the 12th century.

Post this visit, we then embark on our journey and drive to Agra, an approximately 205 Kms / 04 hour drive. Upon arrival, we proceed to our abode in Agra, with some time at leisure.

By late afternoon, we then proceed for a Mughal Art Walk. Experience the everyday artistry and color that can be found in every corner of the Agra. Learn about the local industries such as carpet, jewelry making and stone work and see the creativity that these industries require, as well as the aesthetics that make it so characteristic of Indian culture. Closely observe the weaver weaving carpet, use of material and different types of threads varieties, Marble inlay work and silk art work. Have a conversation and a cup to tea with the locals, wherein you’ll get to know their artistic process and ask them questions about how these
local industries work. As we complete these walking tour, we then proceed for a traditional Indian meal, at one of the highly lauded restaurants within Agra.

We begin our day with a sunrise visit of the Taj Mahal. Built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan as an expression of his love for his wife Mumtaz Mahal, in mid 17th century, the Taj Mahal is truly one of the wonders of the world. Here our storyteller will guide us through the architectural marvel and the interesting anecdotes that have accompanied this sites history.

Drive back to the hotel for breakfast.
After breakfast, check-out from the hotel & drive to visit the Agra Fort, and explore the beautiful palaces and gardens inside the fort. This was the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty till 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi and the Agra fort is also regarded as a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Following this, we then continue our drive to Jaipur, approximately 295 Kms / 6 hours. Jaipur (City of Victory) was founded by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II in 1727. It is the only city in the world symbolizing the nine divisions of the Universe through nine rectangular sectors sub-dividing it. The architect who formalized the city’s plans on the Shilpa Shastra, the epic Hindu treatise on architecture, mixed it with the sublimity of the Mughal and Jain influences of those times. The city was painted pink in 1853 in honour of the visit by Prince Albert. The evening we visit the Jaipur Literature Festival. The Jaipur Literature Festival is one of the world’s leading literary gatherings, bringing together celebrated authors and thinkers from across the globe. Set in the historic city of Jaipur, it offers a vibrant mix of talks, debates, and cultural experiences.

Our dinner experience would be set amidst a beautiful Haveli in the centre of the city of Jaipur!

This morning after breakfast our day begins with a full-Day Immersion of Jaipur Literature Festival .

Experience the opening day of the 19th Jaipur Literature Festival (JLF) at Hotel Clarks Amer, a vibrant celebration of words, ideas, and cultures from 10:00 AM with the enchanting Morning Music NADA – Between Sound & Silence on the Vedanta Front Lawn, led by vocalists Aishwarya Vidya Raghunath and Rithvik Raja’s Carnatic ensemble blending tradition and imagination—supported by Infosys Foundation.

This morning after breakfast, we will be visiting the Jaipur city,
Our day begins with an excursion of the unique Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). We then proceed to the Amer Fort, which is know for its magnificent blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. The visit is led by an expert, to guide the guests through the magnificent stories and intricacies of the architecture of the fort.

For lunch, we will be visiting the local restaurant as per guests discretion.

After lunch, we will go and visit the Jaipur Literature Festival .

Late evening, drive back to the hotel.

After breakfast, check-out from the hotel & drive to Kota, an estimated 4.5-5 hour drive.
We will stop to visit the City Palace, a beautiful palace complex full of treasures now housed in the museum area.

Later continue our drive to Kota, enroute stop at Bundi, a charming town is famed for its stepwells, ornate palaces, and blue-painted houses set against the Aravalli hills. Known as the ‘City of Stepwells,’ it offers a glimpse into Rajasthan’s royal yet rustic heritage.
We will visit the Bundi Palace is a stunning example of Rajput architecture. The palace is renowned for its intricate murals and frescoes depicting scenes from daily life and Hindu mythology. and later visit the Taragarh Fort is one of the oldest hill forts in Rajasthan, dating back to the 14th century.

After lunch, we will drive towards Kota, an estimated 1-hour drive.
Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Kota is a city located on the banks of the Chambal River and is famous for its palaces, museums, and unique style of paintings. The city is also known for its Kota stone, Doria sarees, and gold jewelry. Additionally, Kota is an important educational hub, particularly for engineering and medical entrance exam preparation.

After breakfast, we will go for a Chambal river safari, duration 2-hours.
The Chambal River Safari offers a thrilling exploration of the pristine Chambal River, one of India’s most unpolluted river ecosystems. Flowing through deep ravines and rugged landscapes, the safari is famous for sightings of the critically endangered gharial, marsh crocodiles (muggers), and the rare Gangetic dolphins. Bird enthusiasts can spot over 300 bird species, including Indian skimmers, sarus cranes, and black-bellied terns.

Following this visit, we check-out from the hotel & drive to Udaipur, an estimated 4-hour drive.

It was founded in the year 1559 by Udai Singh ll of the Sisodia clan and remained the capital city for another three centuries after which, it became a British princely state. most. Evening visit Bagore Ki Haveli Experience: Discover the Grandeur of Royal Rajasthan Witness the vibrant cultural heritage of Rajasthan come to life with mesmerizing folk dance and music performances. The evening “Dharohar” cultural show features traditional dances like the Ghoomar, Bhavai, and Terah Taal, accompanied by live music played on authentic Rajasthani instruments.

With some time at leisure this morning, we then proceed on a guided tour of Udaipur to visit the City Palace. Built in 1725, the grand City Palace is actually a conglomerate of eleven palaces overlooking the sprawling Lake Pichola. One of the largest, most beautiful palaces in the state of Rajasthan, it is now a museum and royal residence. This intricately designed monument is an architectural wonder in granite and marble. We also visit the Jagdish Temple built in 1651 by Maharaja Jagat Singh, this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is located in the centre of the old city. The temple has a black marble image of Lord Vishnu, which is unusual for the northern part of the country, where statues of Gods are normally in marble. We will also visit, Saheliyon Ki Bari is one of the rare areas in the history of India, where a particular place is built for women.

Late afternoon, you will enjoy a leisurely boat ride on Lake Pichola, with its main attractions being the two palaces on the islands in the lake, Jagniwas and Jagmandir, the former earlier being the summer retreat of the prince of Mewar and now a hotel.

This morning after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive to Narlai, an estimated 2.5-hour drive.

Narlai is known for its quiet countryside, old-world character, temples, and rural landscapes, making it a refreshing contrast to the larger cities. This afternoon enjoy a jeep safari exploring the natural landscapes and rural countryside. Through this experience witness the lifestyle as colourful as rainbows and equally captivating, as we travel through the villages and also explore the agricultural practices native to the land!

Optional: Evening Taste the flavour of true Rajasthan Royal hospitality at the 18th Century old Baoli (Step well) of Rawla Narlai. Turban honour for all the Guests,Guests are ferried in a Bullock Cart or Jeep to reach the venue (1 KM away from the Hotel).

After breakfast, we will check-out from the hotel & proceed to Udaipur, enroute visiting the Ranakpur Jain Temple. An estimated 1.5-hour drive. Tucked away in the forests of Aravalli hills, comes a place of magnificence in the form of this 15th century Jain Temple of Ranakpur. The massive temple structure, raised
entirely in softly colored marble, stands atop a base of subterranean vaults, sprawling in an area of over 48,000 square feet.

After the visit, drive to Jodhpur an estimated 2.5-houor drive.
Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Jodhpur “The Sun City” was founded by Rao Jodha, a chief of the Rathore clan, in 1459. Jodhpur in Rajasthan, was previously known as Marwar. Jodhpur is the second largest city in Rajasthan. It is divided into two parts – the old city and the new city. The old city is separated by a10 km long wall surrounding it. Also it has eight Gates leading out of it. The new city is outside the walled city.

This evening, we would recommend a heritage walk around the main city center, markets and Clock tower to gain further insights into the history of the city and local lifestyle.

Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

This morning after breakfast, the guests are escorted to visti the historic Mehrangarh Fort rising perpendicular and impregnable from a hill which is 125 meters above Jodhpur’s skyline is the Mehrangarh Fort. This historic fort is one of the most famous in India and is replete with history and legends. Mehrangarh Fort still bears the imprints of cannonball attacks courtesy the armies of Jaipur. Also visit Jaswant Thada. This milky white memorial built towards the end of the 19th
century as a tribute to the leader Jaswant Singh, is an attraction in the city. Jaswant Singh, who ruled Jodhpur, invested well in his state. He made attempts to bring down the level of crime, subdue dacoits, built railways and broadly worked on raising the economy of Marwar.

Later check-out and drive to Jodhpur airport to board flight to onward destination.
