Traverse the azure waters to behold the allure of the Dubrovnik archipelago, encompassing the three enchanting islands of Koločep (6-7kms/20-30mins approx. to Lopud), Lopud (15mins to Sipan), and Šipan, famously known as the Elaphiti islands. Unravelling the ancient legend embedded within their name, these islands were once revered by Greek hunters in pursuit of deer, thus earning the moniker, the Deer Islands. Encounter verdant landscapes adorned with citrus groves, as well as idyllic seashores that paint a picturesque backdrop. Following a hearty breakfast at the hotel, we embark on a scenic transfer of approximately 1.5 hours to the historic town of Ston, renowned as the second most significant settlement of the Dubrovnik Republic, rivalled only by Dubrovnik itself. Here, we are greeted by the imposing sight of monumental walls dating back to the 14th and 15th centuries, stretching over 5 kilometers and fortified by forty towers and bastions. Immersing ourselves in the rich history of Ston, we explore the area at our own pace, captivated by its ancient allure. Subsequently, we embark on a transfer to Split, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours, where upon arrival, we delve into a captivating exploration of the city. Split’s old town is a testament to its illustrious past, built upon and around the magnificent Roman Palace commissioned by Emperor Diocletian in the 4th century. Our guided walking tour unveils the secrets of the palace, beginning with a visit to its remarkably preserved cellars, offering insight into the organization of life within the palace walls. As the day draws to a close, we retire to the comfort of our hotel in Split, reflecting on the day’s discoveries amidst the ancient splendor of this historic city.

Following breakfast at the hotel, we head out to explore Blue Cave and Hvar

Witness the originality and magnificence of the Blue Cave on Biševo Island. Float in Stiniva Cove, taking in the towering cliffs that encircle you. Strap on your diving mask and explore a thriving underwater world by Budikovac Island before visiting Palmižana Bay. Sign off your day with a stroll through the quaint streets of Hvar Town, lined with Venetian palaces, a palm-dotted seafront, and bustling squares.

After breakfast, embark on a scenic transfer to Plitvice National Park, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours. Renowned as one of the most stunning and well-preserved national parks in the country, Plitvice National Park was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1949 due to its extraordinary beauty. Nestled amidst high forested mountains, the park is a picturesque valley adorned with sixteen crystal blue and green lakes cascading into each other through 92 foaming cascades and thundering waterfalls. Encompassing 2 square kilometers, the lakes and their surrounding area offer a mesmerizing spectacle of natural wonder. Whether strolling along the paths and wooden bridges, embarking on a boat ride, or capturing photographs, the scenic splendor of Plitvice lakes is sure to captivate your senses and leave you in awe.

After the tour, transfer to Zagreb.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, our journey begins with a comprehensive exploration of Zagreb, spanning approximately 2 hours. Nestled on two neighboring hills, Kaptol and Gradec, Zagreb is a city steeped in history and culture. Explore the Upper Town, home to the awe-inspiring Gothic Cathedral, the intricately adorned St. Catherine’s church, and the iconic St. Mark’s church, famed for its colorful tiled roof. Wander through the medieval Stone Gate and peruse the bustling “Dolac” open-air market, a sensory delight offering a plethora of local treasures. As our exploration of Zagreb draws to a close, we bid farewell to this enchanting city and transfer to Zagreb Airport for our onward flight. As a special treat for Game of Thrones enthusiasts, the captivating architecture of Zagreb may evoke memories of the show’s iconic settings, adding an extra layer of intrigue to our cultural journey.

Following breakfast at the hotel, transfer from Zagreb to Otočec via Bled.

Bled is famous for the Lake Bled, which makes it a major tourist attraction. The lake surrounds Bled Island, the only natural island in Slovenia. The island has several buildings, the main one being the Pilgrimage Church of the Assumption of Mary.

Following breakfast at the hotel, we transfer from Otočec to Postojna.

Visit of the Postojna cave (1.5 hours)

Postojna cave is the largest known cave system in Slovenia. There are longer caves in the world, but a visit to a cave such as Postojna deserves full attention due to the diversity of shapes, expansive cave areas, stalactite and stalagmite formations and water characteristics.

After the tour, we transfer back to Otočec.

Following breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Ljubljana airport for your departure flight.
