A guided walking tour exploring the history of Red Fort. The Red sandstone walls of the massive Red Fort (Lal Qila), which rises 33-m above the clamour of Old Delhi as a reminder of the magnificent power and pomp of the Mughal emperors. Following this, visit the Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Later, walk through the Chandni Chowk to explore heritage buildings, witness Indian lifestyle, culture, and bazaars, as your guide shares ancient stories with you.

Further, the guests drive through the imposing Lutyens’ Delhi for a panoramic view of the President’s House, the India Gate, the newly inaugurated War Memorial, and the New Parliament House (Central Vista).

Afternoon, they will visit Humayun Tomb.
This tomb, built in 1570, is of particular cultural significance as it was the first garden-tomb on the Indian subcontinent. It inspired several major architectural innovations, culminating in the construction of the Taj Mahal.

Evening visit the Qutub Minar, One of the highest minarets in India & one of the oldest Islamic structures in the country. These 73 m-high towers of victory, was built in 1193 by Qutb-ud-din Aibak immediately after the defeat of Delhi’s last Hindu kingdom.

Jaipur, popularly known as the ‘Pink City’, is the capital of one of the most culturally rich states of India, Rajasthan. Built in the 18th century by Sawai Jai Singh, the city gets its nickname from the distinct pink shade of many of its old city buildings and palace complexes. The city has been declared as the World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 6th July 2019.

This afternoon, the guests are escorted to Bagru for a workshop on hand Block Printing. During these workshops, one gets to develop their skills in block printing and also gain experience by learning and working alongside skilled craft person. It is very interesting to see how the prints are hand made with small wooden blocks, usually with different colours extracted from nature.

At the end of workshop, you will learn:

• Chance to see some of the plants and bushes, part of which is used for printing & dyeing.
• How vegetable dyes works
• How to make color fast naturally

Drive back to Jaipur for any overnight stay.

Today, post breakfast, start the tour with a visit the old Rajput capital, the Amber Fort. Here, witness the intricate carvings and visit Sheesh Mahal with stunning mirror work. Thereafter, visit City Palace & museum, lies in the heart of Jaipur city. This sprawling complex, with its vast array of courtyards, gardens, gorgeous buildings and marvellous collection of art and artefacts, textiles and costumes, armory, manuscripts and paintings is without parallel in Rajasthan.

The lunch can be arranged in a local restaurant as per the guests discretion.

After lunch, the guests visit Jantar Mantar which has a collection of architectural astronomical instruments, built between 1727 and 1734. It is a unique experience of walking through solid geometry and encountering a collective astronomical system designed to probe the heavens. Drive past Hawa Mahal built in 1799, it has 953 windows on the outside walls.

Ranthambore, for many decades was the hunting preserve of the Maharajas of Jaipur, covers 98,800 acres, offering a fascinating combination of crumbling monuments, living temples, wild beauty, and a chance to spot a wild tiger. Ranthambore was declared a wildlife sanctuary in 1955 and became part of Project Tiger in 1973.

This evening the guests are free to relax in the property.

Unveiling The Kingdom Of Tigers And Untamed Beauty.
Tucked between the rugged Aravalli and Vindhya hills, Ranthambore is perhaps most famous for being one of the original ‘Project Tiger’ reserves and the best opportunities anywhere in India of seeing a tiger.

Early in the morning, guests are escorted for a morning shared Jeep safari and go inside the Ranthambore National Park and explore the park.

Return back from the safari and have a breakfast at hotel.

After lunch, proceed for an afternoon shared Jeep safari into Ranthambore National Park. Drive back to the hotel.

Agra- a city on the banks of the Yamuna River. The golden age of the city began with the Mughals. Akbar made it the center of art, culture, commerce and learning.

Afternoon visit the Agra Fort, originally planned as an impregnable military structure by Akbar, the Agra Fort, over a period of time, acquired all the elegance, lavishness and majesty of an imperial palace.

Evening by sunset visit Taj Mahal (subject to weather conditions), Surely the greatest monument of love and one of the seven wonders of the modern world, Taj Mahal is a white marble mausoleum commissioned by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal.

After an early breakfast or packed breakfast, the guests check-out from the hotel & drive to Agra Railway Station to board their train to Bhopal.

Bhopal City, popularly known as the “City of Lakes” is the capital of Madhya Pradesh, which is situated at the heart (central part) of India. The city is divided into two areas, ‘Old Bhopal’ and ‘New Bhopal’. The solace and serenity the guests will find here amidst delightfully beautiful backdrops will undoubtedly charm.

This afternoon the guests will visit the famous and inventive Tribal Museum to glimpse the fascinating world of the first citizens of India. Here, motifs & artifacts are exhibited in a way enabling the guests to connect with the lifestyles of different tribal communities of India.

The guests will then be escorted for a boat ride on the magnificent Bhopal Lake. This experience will commence at around 17:00 hours, and may be optional for the guest’s who wish to consider the boat cruise.

The guests will have the breakfast at the hotel.
After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel for the day’s excursion – Sanchi & Udayagiri Caves. Enroute to Sanchi we will pass the Tropic of Cancer (an approximately 30 km drive from Bhopal).

The drive to the Udayagiri Caves and view the iconic sculptural reliefs in the ancient Udayagiri caves will be in the accompaniment of the gurgling river Betwa carrying memories of human histories.

Following this visit, we will have lunch at the resort near Sanchi as per guests discretion.

The next experience will be after lunch at Sanchi to view the World Heritage Site of Sanchi Stupa. the site of Sanchi comprises a group of Buddhist monuments (monolithic pillars, palaces, temples and monasteries) all in different states of conservation most of which date back to the 2nd and 1st centuries B.C.

Following the visit to Sanchi, the guests will be escorted back to Bhopal – an approximately 50 km drive.

This morning, after breakfast, the guests will embark on a heritage walk & hop-on-hop-off experience, ‘Bhopal the Kingdom of Pashtun Queens (Begums of Bhopal)’. This heritage walk will be deliberated by a local storyteller who recreates the spicy world of Bhopal – visiting the promenade of Bhopal, Taj-ul-Masjid, and Gauhar Mahal, amongst some of the other historic sites within the city.

Following this, we will then proceed to visit the prehistoric World Heritage Site – Bhimbetka Caves. An estimated 50kms / 1-1.5 hour drive. With its hundreds of rock shelters, the Bhimbetka Caves are an archaeological treasure, dating back to approximately 30,000 years. It is said that these were once homes to human civilization.

After the visit, drive back to Bhopal city.

Evening, the guests are escorted for a special dinner arranged at the Minto Hall – serves as a multipurpose convention center, hosting
conferences, exhibitions, and other events. Its architecture reflects a blend of British colonial and Indian styles.

After the dinner, drive back to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Today after breakfast, check-out from the hotel and proceed to Jabalpur city, an estimated 330 kms / 7-hour drive.
This is an important administrative, industrial and business center of Madhya Pradesh via Bhedaghat in Narmada river and famous for its striking marble rocks which are 100 feet high and located on either sides of the river Narmada. The guests may consider a boat ride in the calm river here and can see the stunning views of the Dhuandhar Falls from there. (Optional)

Further continue our drive to Jabalpur, an estimated 50-minutes drive.

“Jabalpur” is said to have been named after the sage Jabali, who is thought to have meditated on the banks of the Narmada. In Arabic, Jabal refers to a rocky landscape.

This morning the guests are escorted to visit the Madan Mahal Fort.

On top of a hill, Madan Mahal or Rani Durgavati Fort served as one of the military strongholds till the 11th century. This fort has a significant architecture. It is associated with Gondwana dynasty of central India who ruled over this region for many centuries.

After the visit, check-out from the hotel & drive to Bandhavgarh, an estimated 190kms / 4-hour drive.

Bandhavgarh was established in 1968 as a National Park and is spread over an area of 448 sq. kms. This national park was declared as a tiger reserve under Project Tiger in the year 1993. It is predominantly covered with vegetation like SAL, SALI, DHOBIN and has vast stretches of grasslands spread over 32 hills, the region though smaller than other wildlife parks has one of the highest densities of tigers in the world.

Early morning the guests are escorted to Bandhavgarh National park with our English speaking Naturalist.
After the safari, the guests are escorted back to the hotel.

Kanha Tiger Reserve’s spectacular Sal and Bamboo forest, rolling grasslands and meandering streams stretch over 1945 sq. km. in the heart of central highlands. This is the original Kipling country so fondly written about in The Jungle Book. The park is the only home to the rare Hard Ground Barasingha found in its large grasslands. Kanha is also home to Tiger, Leopard, Sloth Bear, Deer, Ungulates, Lesser Cats and close to 300 bird species.
